Location & Eligibility

SportStake contests are currently available to users who are physically located in the following jurisdictions at the time they enter a contest:

• Minnesota
• Nebraska (users must be 19 years of age or older)
• New Mexico
• North Carolina
• North Dakota
• Oklahoma
• Oregon
• Rhode Island
• South Carolina
• South Dakota
• Texas
• Utah
• Wisconsin
• District of Columbia

Eligibility depends on local laws governing fantasy sports and skill-based contests. SportStake may update the list of supported jurisdictions as regulations evolve.

If you attempt to enter a contest from a restricted location, the platform will prevent participation.

To participate in contests, you must be physically located in an eligible state when submitting your entry.

SportStake uses location verification technology to confirm your location. This process may include device location services and other geolocation checks.

If your location cannot be verified, you may not be able to enter contests until verification is successful.

Some devices require precise location services to be enabled in order to verify eligibility.

If precise location is disabled, SportStake may not be able to confirm your location and contest entry may be restricted.

To enable precise location:

• Open your device Location Settings
• Allow SportStake access to your precise location

If your location cannot be verified, try the following steps:

• Enable location services on your device
• Allow SportStake to access precise location
• Disable VPNs or proxy services
• Restart your device or browser
• Ensure you are physically located within an eligible state
