Referral Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• Open to verified account holders aged 18+ (or 19/21+ where required by state law).
• Available only in jurisdictions where the App legally operates.
• Both referrer and referred user must comply with the App’s Terms of Service and be in good standing.

2. The Offer

• Referrer receives $20 in bonus funds.
• Referred user (new user) receives $20 in bonus funds.
• Bonus funds are credited only after the new user completes the qualifying actions below.

3. Qualifying Actions

The referred user must, within 3 days of account creation:

• Sign up using the referrer’s unique referral link or code.
• Complete identity verification (KYC).
• Make a first-time deposit of at least $10.

Failure to complete all steps within the 3-day window voids the offer for both parties.

4. Referral Limits

• Maximum 5 successful referrals per referrer per calendar week (Mon 12:00 AM – Sun 11:59 PM, PT).
• Referrals beyond the weekly cap do not roll over and earn no bonus.

5. Bonus Funds Rules

Bonus funds are subject to the App’s standard Bonus Funds Terms, including but not limited to:

• Non-withdrawable; usable only for entry into eligible contests.
• May expire if unused within 60 days of issuance.
• Cannot be combined with certain other promotions.
• Forfeited upon account closure, suspension, or violation of Terms of Service.

6. Restrictions

• One referral bonus per new user, household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• Self-referrals, fake accounts, duplicate accounts, and collusive activity are prohibited.
• Referrer and referred user must be distinct individuals.
• Employees of the Company, its affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible.

7. Fraud & Abuse

The Company reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or claw back bonus funds and suspend or terminate accounts engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative behavior, including but not limited to creating sham accounts, deposit-and-withdraw cycling, or referral farming.

8. Tax Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for any taxes arising from promotional credits or winnings.

9. Modification & Termination

The Company may modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time, with or without notice. Pending qualifying referrals at the time of change will be honored at the Company’s sole discretion.

10. Governing Terms

This promotion is governed by and incorporated into the App’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In the event of conflict, the Terms of Service control.
