1. Promo Period

• Runs May 15, 2026 – June 15, 2026.
• All 3 qualifying referrals must be completed within this window.

2. Eligibility

• Open to verified account holders in good standing.
• 18+ (21+ where required by state law); available only in jurisdictions where the App legally operates.
• Both referrer and referred user must comply with the App’s Terms of Service.

3. The Offer

• $30 bonus cash awarded after 3 successful referrals during the promo period.
• Stacks on top of the standard $20 / $20 referral promotion.

4. Qualifying Referrals

A referral counts when the referred user, within 3 days of signup:

• Signs up using the referrer’s unique referral link or code.
• Completes identity verification (KYC).
• Makes a first-time deposit of at least $10.

5. Limits

• One $30 bonus per user during the promo period.
• Subject to the 5-referrals-per-week cap from the standard referral program.
• One bonus per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method.

6. Bonus Funds Rules

Bonus funds are subject to the App’s standard Bonus Funds Terms, including but not limited to:

• Non-withdrawable; usable only for entry into eligible contests.
• May expire if unused within the period specified in the Bonus Funds Policy.
• Cannot be combined with certain other promotions.
• Forfeited upon account closure, suspension, or violation of Terms of Service.

7. Restrictions

• Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fake accounts, and collusive activity are prohibited.
• Referrer and referred user must be distinct individuals.
• Employees of the Company, its affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible.
• The Company reserves the right to void bonuses for suspected fraud or abuse.

8. Tax Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for any taxes arising from promotional credits or winnings.

9. Modification & Termination

The Company may modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time, with or without notice. Pending qualifying referrals at the time of change will be honored at the Company’s sole discretion.

10. Governing Terms

This promotion is governed by and incorporated into the App’s Terms of Service, Bonus Funds Policy, and Privacy Policy. In the event of conflict, the Terms of Service control. Void where prohibited.
