Pre-Launch First Deposit Bonus Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. Promo Period

Runs throughout the App’s pre-launch period and ends on the date of the App’s public launch, unless modified or terminated earlier by the Company.

2. Eligibility

• New users only; one bonus per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• 18+ (21+ where required by state law); verified account in eligible jurisdictions.
• Users must be in good standing under the App’s Terms of Service.
• Users who created an account before the start of the pre-launch period are not eligible.

3. The Offer

• Flat $X bonus credited on the user’s first qualifying deposit. The bonus amount is fixed and does not scale with the size of the deposit.
• Applies exclusively to the first qualifying deposit on the account. Subsequent deposits do not qualify.
• Minimum qualifying deposit: $10.
• Example: deposit $10, $50, or $500 → receive the same $X bonus.

4. Crediting

• Bonus credited within 24 hours of the qualifying deposit clearing.
• Deposit must be made within 7 days of account creation and before the promo end date.
• Only one bonus credit will be issued per eligible account.

5. Bonus Funds Rules

Bonus funds are subject to the App’s standard Bonus Funds Terms, including but not limited to:

• Non-withdrawable; usable only for entry into eligible contests.
• Expires 30 days after issuance if unused.
• Cannot be combined with other deposit-match offers.
• Forfeited upon account closure, suspension, or violation of Terms of Service.

6. Restrictions

• Deposit reversals, chargebacks, or withdrawals before the bonus is used will void the offer.
• Not valid with other new-user promotions unless explicitly stated.
• Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and other abusive patterns are prohibited.
• Only the first deposit on the account qualifies; no retroactive credits for prior deposits.
• Splitting a single intended deposit into multiple smaller deposits does not entitle the user to additional bonuses.

7. Fraud & Abuse

The Company reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or claw back bonus funds and suspend or terminate accounts engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative behavior.

8. Tax Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for any taxes arising from promotional credits or winnings.

9. Modification & Termination

The Company may modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time, with or without notice, including ending the pre-launch period. Pending qualifying deposits at the time of change will be honored at the Company’s sole discretion.

10. Governing Terms

This promotion is governed by and incorporated into the App’s Terms of Service, Bonus Funds Policy, and Privacy Policy. In the event of conflict, the Terms of Service control. Void where prohibited.
