4-Entry Streak — Win $50 Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. Promo Period

• Runs May 15, 2026 – June 15, 2026.
• Opt-in must occur within the promo period.
• The 7-day fulfillment window may extend past the promo end date if opt-in occurs on or before June 15, 2026.

2. Eligibility

• Open to all verified users in good standing.
• 18+ (21+ where required by state law); available only in jurisdictions where the App legally operates.
• Users must opt in to the promotion before placing any qualifying entries.

3. The Offer

$50 in bonus cash awarded after a user places 4 qualifying entries within 7 days of opt-in.

4. Qualifying Entries

• Each entry must be at least $25, funded entirely with cash.
• Entries funded in whole or in part with bonus credit, bonus cash, promo credit, or any non-cash balance do not qualify — even if the entry is $25 or more.
• Only 100% cash-funded entries count toward the 4-entry requirement.
• All 4 entries must be placed within 7 days of opt-in.
• Win or lose — entries just need to settle. Voided or canceled entries do not count.
• Entries must be on eligible contest types (e.g., pick’em, lineups). Exclusions may apply.

5. Crediting

The $50 bonus will be credited within 24 hours of the 4th qualifying entry settling.

6. Limits

• One-time offer per user.
• Cannot be re-triggered once awarded or once the 7-day window has elapsed without completion.

7. Bonus Funds Rules

Bonus funds are subject to the App’s standard Bonus Funds Terms, including but not limited to:

• Non-withdrawable; usable only for entry into eligible contests.
• Expires 14 days after issuance if unused.
• Cannot be combined with certain other promotions.
• Forfeited upon account closure, suspension, or violation of Terms of Service.

8. Restrictions

• Hedging, collusion, and coordinated entry patterns will void the bonus.
• Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and other abusive patterns are prohibited.
• The Company reserves the right to disqualify users for suspected abuse.

9. Fraud & Abuse

The Company reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or claw back bonus funds and suspend or terminate accounts engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative behavior.

10. Tax Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for any taxes arising from promotional credits or winnings.

11. Modification & Termination

The Company may modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time, with or without notice. Pending qualifying entries at the time of change will be honored at the Company’s sole discretion.

12. Governing Terms

This promotion is governed by and incorporated into the App’s Terms of Service, Bonus Funds Policy, and Privacy Policy. In the event of conflict, the Terms of Service control. Void where prohibited.
